Yangyang Premium freeze wild Gold mushrooms

Quick freezes Wild Gold mushrooms in freezer, so that the fragrances and freshness is kept.

Should not completely melt the freeze wild Gold mushrooms, because it gets softer and dark, and the flesh became tough, lose the fragrance. Take the Gold mushrooms out of the freezer and melt it slightly, slice it in the direction towards bottom( 2mm) then, cook it.
